This was a cellar conversion that consisted of two cellars which we dug out, tanked all the walls, laid a new concrete floor, created a fully fitted dining kitchen, a cloakroom and a utility room. The job involved laying new soil, draining for the cloakroom which was taken underneath the house walls to the main sewer outside.
An existing kitchen where we opened up the fire place, removed the stone lintel and refitted it at 6 ft high creating the space to fit the cooker range and extraction unit within the chimney breast. The new fully fitted kitchen was completed with underfloor heating and a beautiful tiled floor.
Another cellar conversion which consisted of washrooms, coal shoot and main cellar. The brick walls were removed, floor dug out, walls were tanked and a new concrete floor was laid. We then added a fully fitted kitchen to create a large dining kitchen area.
An existing kitchen with a side extension to the building, we removed the structural walls and used steel work to support the floors above, created a fully fired kitchen with a separate dining area and a large island in the centre of the room, installed underfloor heating with a tiled floor.
A long galley kitchen where we cut through a structural wall in order to open up the kitchen to the dining room blocking up the old entrance to the kitchen in order to use the stretch of wall. Installed fully fitted kitchen with tiled floor and tiling under units resulting in a dining room with an arched entrance to the kitchen.
